Our Member Services Manager will try to help you resolve issues regarding:

Discontent with your school or administrators
Suspension with pay
Observations
Letter of reprimand
Issues with colleague
Issues with parents
General questions

AFPENC member dues cover an insurance policy that provides legal counsel for the following:

Unfair suspension without pay
Unfair termination
Arrests
Lawsuits

Please note, the above services are only available to members of AFPENC. Additionally, our insurance policy will not cover incidents that occurred before joining AFPENC.
